What is ChatFiles App?
ChatFiles is a smart phone application that helps users create local workspaces on the mobile phone to store local files in various formats, and then embedding the files through LLM and storing vector files on the cloud, which is convenient for users to talk with workspaces or files, providing users with AI long-term memory while ensuring user data privacy and security.
What is Cloud API service?
Different from the ChatFiles App, the Cloud API service is oriented to enterprise-level users. It encapsulates the core capabilities of ChatFiles into robust APIs that can provide external services. Enterprise-level users can introduce workspace management and AI dialogue capabilities into their own workflows by integrating Cloud APIs in order to improve the efficiency of related business.
What LLMs do you use?
Since our business is oriented to usage scenarios, we use different large language models depending on the user’s country, usage scenarios, and subscription model, we are using closed-source models including OpenAI, as well as other open-source models. We are building Routing control for large language model. If it is not necessary, we will not open the relevant information of the large language model to users.We will try our best to meet the user’s demand for LLMs.
How to make subscription?
Both the Basic plan and the Pro Plan can be subscribed through the ChatFiles mobile App, paid monthly, and can be unsubscribed at any time. Enterprise Plan will be open to enterprise developers online in the future, please pay attention to the latest news on the official website.
What is the meaning of the workspace?
A workspace is very similar to a folder. Users can move files to the specified workspace according to different themes, and the system will automatically process the files in the space and store the vector data. All of these are done automatically. Users can use workspace like managing folders.
What are usage limits for Basic Plan?
In order to ensure the experience of PRO subscribers, we have set a monthly usage limit for the Basic version at this stage. When users exceed the monthly usage limit, they will be restricted from using related functions, and the usage can be resumed the next month. For users with a large demand it is recommended to directly subscribe to the PRO package. The usage limit includes monthly questions that can be asked and monthly credits that can be consumed (Credits is similar to Tokens, the more words you interact with AI, the more Credits you will consume). 
What are usage limits for PRO Plan?
PRO Plan subscribers are not subject to the monthly usage limit, but there is a maximum limit on the amount of Credits per subscription cycle. If you exceed the limit on the amount of Credits, you will be able to continue using the service in the form of incremental purchases of Credits packages in the future.
Have any plan on developing Android App or Web version?
Of course, we will launch iOS applications in the first step, and then we will have plans to develop Android and web applications.
